Refund policy
All Sales are Final and no refund will be issued, except according to the terms detailed below.
Once we receive your order, we print your order through a third-party printing service. In other words, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed inventory.
No Returns or Exchanges.  Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. Â
Refunds Only for Defects.  Refunds are available only for defects in products or order fulfillment, as detailed below. Refunds are not available for customers who ordered the wrong size or color or who change their minds. Â
To initiate the refund process, please contact us at info@bglventures.com. We must receive your request no later than 21 days after your product was delivered. If your request is approved, we can either issue a refund or work with our printing service to deliver a reprint to you.
To facilitate a quicker resolution of your issue, photo or video evidence is required when contacting us about a refund.Â

| Print in the wrong area | A clear photo of the product you received, folded in a way that clearly displays both sides. |
| Wrong product | A photo of the product that was received, with the size tag clearly visible as well. |
| An issue with the product (incorrect size, brand, quality) | A clear photo of the received product where the design, issue, and/or size tag are clearly visible in a single frame. |
| A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect) |
A clear photo of the received product being measured according to the measurements provided in the catalog’s size chart. Both the print and the measurement should be clearly visible and the garment should be laid on a flat surface.  The tolerance is +/- 1” for most adult garments (with some exceptions) and  +/- 0.5” for baby clothing. |
| A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect) |

A photo or video of both the original and reprinted item in the same frame where the issue is clearly visible. |

At its sole discretion and before a refund is issued, we reserve the right to review the physical article or articles at issue and will make arrangements with you to ship the articles back to us.
